I saw your news story on ABC News website and before I knew it, not only was I transfixed but wanted to know more. I had never before heard about this dreaded disease and cannot imagine what you are all going through. Your girls are absolutely beautiful and the spark of a life once had is clearly evident in photo and video diaries posted on your girls’ website. I will be making a donation to your cause and will continue checking in on the site for updates.
I trust you have a strong support group though I suspect, as a parent myself, it does little to numb the reality your entire family faces. Words cannot soothe your soul, but know that someone you have never met, nor will ever meet thinks of you and your courage as you fight for the largest battle of your little ones’ lives. You are all brave and I hope that one day soon, insight and pharmaceuticals are the answer to obliterate this dreaded disease.

Hey girls! I just saw your story on abcnews.go.com. You are both beautiful little girls. As the granddaughter of someone with dementia I have seen my beloved Nanny deteriorate with this disease, and I cannot imagine you beautiful girls and your mummy & daddy going through this with you.
