Adding to many of the above, what my people need is a way to share grpous as well as individual contacts. Centrally managed, by a non-admin user with rights to only managed / edit the global contacts list. And to be able to browse through it, not just pull up a drop down list. I really hope you are working on something like this, because everything else has been done so well in Apps, that I’d hate to see Contacts continue to lag behind in such a state.
