Make A Wish For Addi and Cassi Today
Your support and encouragement helps us get through each day as we fight our battle against Niemann Pick Type C, the “Childhood Alzheimer’s.” We read all messages posted to our family and while we may not be able to respond to each message, your messages are very touching. Thank you to everyone around the world who has posted on our Wishes Board.

Hello Addi & Cassi,
Today is Sunday and it’s a warm day on the Carribbean Sea. The air smells wet and salty. The waves are large but there is a calmness that surrounds me as I say hello & let you know Gods arms are around you and your Mom and Dad. I am fortunate to have been friends with your Mom and Dad for many years. It has been four years since I saw you at your baby shower, but I remember it well. Today I will say my prayers and make a wish that you are always warm and happy and that you get better soon!
Much Love, Ziggy & Scuba Sue
Bev Hempel is Jeanne’s sister. We have been in touch with the situation with Addi and Cassi and have them in our prayers.
We wish success with treatment and will keep up with the website.
Dear Addi and Cassi
I’m mialing far from Japan. My five-year-old daughter Riko is also persevering with NP-C. Let’s fight against this disease together!
Winter is a dreadful season. Take care of an infectious disease, and reach a happy Christmas and the end of the year.
Bye!
Minoru Mizusawa (NP-C Dad to Riko)
Hi Chris, my smart husband went online and forward the pictures of your twins. The only thing I am a pro at is judging infants and kids (NICU nurse) and those girls are way beyond stinking cute. How do you tell them apart? Some of the pictures look like: I’ll think it and you do it, but don’t tell anybody.
They look like a lot of fun and taking all those pictures will always give you great pleasure, as they so gave me a smile.
Take care,
Rhonda (NPC Mom to Graham)
I love you very, very much and pray that someday soon I can wrap my arms around you and give you a big hug. Stay strong!
All my love!
