Cassi and Addi,
We are looking forward to meeting you someday. We have seen many pictures of you, and almost feel like we know you already, from listening to your Grandma Bev. Please say hi to your mommy and daddy for us, we got to know them when we were in Saratoga, Wyoming. We send love to both of you, and to your family. You are all in our prayers every day. Hello Chris and Hugh,
I am a brother-in-law to Grandma Bev Hempel. I met you in Saratoga when we were celebrating John’s life. Eileen(Bev’s sister) and I have been remembering you through these days and praying for whatever good can come from this sad turn of events. I am a retired pastor and for the last two months have been serving as an interim in Pierre, SD. I lifted up your family’s circumstance and needs several times in our worship.
A retired dentist and his wife have a son who is a neonatologist in Cedar Rapids. When they shared the story with him, he asked for a diagnosis. I was able to tell them, and they shared it with him. He is just starting out, but he was anxious to learn more. I’ll plan also to send him a link to your website and encourage others to be aware and informed about this need.
In the meantime, we will continue to hold you in our prayers - in our home and in our tiny church in Pringle, SD.

Dear Addi and Cassi,
I remember when your mommy and daddy first found out they were having twins. I was working with them and we all had a celebration that afternoon - it was very exciting. Then when you were born it was so cute to watch your pictures and see you grow into the beautiful little girls you have become. Since then I have had my own little girl who is 7 months old. Her name is Charlotte and I want her to play with you someday soon! She would really like hanging out with such wonderful grown up girls like you both:-) I know that all the love and well wishes and support that you are attracting will create energy that will help you both fight even more strongly against this diagnosis. You are tru supergirls! I am thinking about you every day and say prayers for you and your mommy and daddy every night.
