Make A Wish For Addi and Cassi Today

Dandelion-Final

Your support and encouragement helps us get through each day as we fight our battle against Niemann Pick Type C, the “Childhood Alzheimer’s.”  We read all messages posted to our family and while we may not be able to respond to each message, your messages are very touching.  Thank you to everyone around the world who has posted on our Wishes Board.

We are sending our prayers for good results for Addi and Cassi in tomorrow’s surgery – and for you too Chris and Hugh as you go through this with them.
You are wonderful parents and a wonderful family. May God bless you.
    Love, Mary Ann and Harland

Dear family of Addi and Cassi,
I am an identical twin, and I also have a young daughter who is afflicted by a neurological condition, though not one so life-threatening as Niemann Pick. I read your story in researching NAC and curcumurin to help my little girl. As parents you must have been devastated to discover this illness in your precious girls and I admire your strength and determination in seeking for a cure. I hope that I can be as good a parent to my daughter. I wish you and your beautiful girls all the best.

    Hello Chris and Hugh:

I am pleased I had the opportunity to hear and see the Addi and Cassi’s Documentary at the Conference on Rare Disease at the National Institutes of Health. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. Your love for your daughters is undefinable. I consider you both pioneers in science and medicine. I am totally inspired by your concept of “if not us, who? and if not now, when?”

Wonderful website of your journey with the girls. Looking forward to keeping in touch.
