Make A Wish For Addi and Cassi Today
Your support and encouragement helps us get through each day as we fight our battle against Niemann Pick Type C, the “Childhood Alzheimer’s.” We read all messages posted to our family and while we may not be able to respond to each message, your messages are very touching. Thank you to everyone around the world who has posted on our Wishes Board.

Dear Addi and Cassi,
I can tell from the E Mail I received from your Mom and Dad how very blessed they feel to have you in their lives. Many Christmas wishes from those of us here in Southern California to two very special girls!
Love,
JoAnne
Addi and Cassi, I want to wish you both my hopes and prayers that there will soon be a medication to help slow down the effects of this disease and more critical, a cure. My wish for you is that despite what you are both dealing with, you can still find a way to enjoy “just being a kid.” My son, now 17, was also sick as a baby with a very rare cancer, first one at his age to be found to have this type of cancer, there wasn’t much hope in the medical community eyes. The doctors didn’t see my son’s family’s vision though. We had a lot of prayers and determination. We never gave up hope and today we are blessed with a healthy young man. My wish to you both and your mom and dad is that you are able to have the same blessings we found. God always has a plan, even if we don’t understand and envision his vision.
Your resilience is an inspiration!
Please accept a big, huge hug from someone you’ve never met. I am sending you each and every scrap of love and good energy I can find!
Very, very best wishes,
Ned Kane
It is clear you have a very strong support network of friends and family. Though I am not necessarily part of it, I hope my well wishes help you all to find a cure. Happy Holidays!
