Make A Wish For Addi and Cassi Today

Dandelion-Final

Your support and encouragement helps us get through each day as we fight our battle against Niemann Pick Type C, the “Childhood Alzheimer’s.”  We read all messages posted to our family and while we may not be able to respond to each message, your messages are very touching.  Thank you to everyone around the world who has posted on our Wishes Board.

i wish the very best for your family. God only gives us what we can handle and i can tell how bad you want to find a cure. you and your husband give me hope for my baby girl. I have 4 children and only one girl. We have been going through so many different tests and neurologists that can not seem to find what is wrong with her, this has been for almost 2yrs now. she was a normal child until about 2and a half yrs. Now she can’t wlak, talk, she struggles to eat many types of foods and is getting worste every day. we still have no diagnosis so we are very blessed to hear your story. thank you so much for being the parents you are for your chilren, you both deserve them so much. i wish the very best and i will keep your family in my prayers. never give up, you can do anything through God. thank you so much for being the voice for many

My heart goes out to all that know someone or is that someone with Alzheimers. A horrible disease that robs so much of life of everyone it touches. My mother has Alzheimers and it is awful and I hate it! I wish for a miracle everyday and hope some how together we can find a way to fight this battle. I had never heard of Childhood Alzheimers until I watched Good Morning America. My heart was broken to find that this disease effects the younger group as well as the ederly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. XOX ~Lynne, Portsmouth RI.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your girls. I am a LPN in a Memory Care Unit and every day I see what Dementia-Alzheimer’s type diseases do to the older population. I had not heard of this disease until I watched Good Morning America this morning. My heart goes out to you and your family. I pray that there is a treatment out there that will work.
