Make A Wish For Addi and Cassi Today
Your support and encouragement helps us get through each day as we fight our battle against Niemann Pick Type C, the “Childhood Alzheimer’s.” We read all messages posted to our family and while we may not be able to respond to each message, your messages are very touching. I wish along with the rest of the NPC families that we soon find a cure for this disease. My brother passed away 4 yrs ago this week at 23 yrs old. We did not know of his disease until age 15 so we were not aware of the challenges we had to face so growing up was just like any other child. I am thankful to learn all I have because of him and to share the few years with him I had. My sister passed at 6 yrs old she would be in her 30s now and we didnt know from what she passed from so most likely this was the culprit as well. I wish other families would not have to go through what we have gone through. We need a cure so this wont happen to more families. I pray everyday for all of you going through this and here is my wish for finding a cure.
Hi, I saw your story on The Doctors, and was very touched. Our family also have 2 children with a genetic disorder, Hurler Syndrome, but are blessed to have Tommy for 11 years and Kaitlyn for 5 years, and i know what you mean when you said you are blessed, God knows the families to send these children to, and you are one of them. I encourage you to PRAY, pray until something happens, the power of prayer is wonderful. I too have formed a foundation to help other children like my 2 grandchildren. God bless Addi and Cassi, and you two wonderful parents!!!

I saw your family on The Doctors today and your story touched my heart. My father-in-law has alzheimer’s and it is heart wrenching to watch him deteriorate at 83 yrs old. I can’t imagine having to cope with this occurring in 4 1/2 year olds. Your faith and strength are both astounding and commendable.
I truly hope that a cure can be found soon, and that Addi and Cassi can benefit from it. In wait for this cure, continue the great job you are doing to raise awareness and increase support. I will definitely be speaking to my friends and family about the need for donations.

There is a method to come out of these kind of problems.That is called “PRAYER THERAPY”
And also I suggest parents to go through a book called “THE POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND” by Joseph Murphy.
He says lot of things which I am sure will be very useful to you.But you just need to believe in it.I pray to God that addi and cassi will have a good health soon.

Now you may feel like you are going through a storm, but never forget that GOD brings miracles on a daily basis. Just wait on him and he will be right on time.
