I just watched to Doctors program and I’m sitting here crying for a family I don’t even know. I’m so impressed by your wisdom, strength and energy. I feel that God placed Addi and Cassi with you both as parents because he knew how much you would be able to do for them. They’re so beautiful. I will pray every day for this horrible disease to be wiped out. And I will pray for you and your family to continue to “fight the good fight”. God bless you all.
I want to help! Is there anything a small town hospital pharmacist can do for you for your family?

    Hugs and prayers,
    Heidi Elzer

I just watched your story on Doctors TV and was amazed to find out that this disease affects children as well. I was never aware of this fact.
Many years ago, my aunt suffered from Dementia, which eventually led to her death. It was a very painful experiance for my whole family to watch her decline and not remember us.
Your daughters are so beautiful and so lucky to have such loving parents as you. I hope and pray that this will bring awareness to all and that someday soon there will be a cure for this terrible disease.
My heart and prayers go out to you and your lovely family.
    Sincerely,
    Laurie Roland

I just saw the segment on Doctors TV and your story really made its way to the core of my heart. Having a child just over a year ago, I am now able to relate to the STRONG, EVERLASTING love one feels for their children. I loved children and worked with Asperger’s children before I had my daughter, my heart pouring with love for them and helping the families in any way I could. I want to commend you for taking this travesty that his hit your family and turning it into a wonderful chance to educate others on the disease and search for a cure. Your daughters are beautiful little girls and I will pray each night for a cure to their illness and for your family.

I just watched your story of your beautiful little girls, Addie & Cassie and just wanted to say that my heart goes out to you. Having a grandmother and now my mother who has/is suffering from Dementia, I never knew that it could effect a child.

My prayers to you and those beautiful angels. Seeing them at the end of the segment brought me to tears. I will keep checking on their site in the hope that you reach your million goal.

    Sincerely,

    Darleen
