Hi Hempels! I’m in Indian Wells, CA for the winter, as usual. I hadn’t heard from you in a while and found your website in my files. I have read several of your sections, and made a contribution. I would also suggest you eliminate white flour and sugar as long as you are eliminating things. Whole wheat Flour is better and brown sugar is better. I am on a natural diet like the one the girls are on. There are so many great products available now. I’ll send you recipes if I find something I think is suitable.
